Located on U.S. 1., just 3 miles north of Rockland, our property sits adjacent to a Maine State scenic overlook and town-owned visitor rest area with water views. Located in Rockport, the motel is centrally located to the nearby Midcoast Maine communities of Camden, Rockport, and Rockland Maine. The property is nestled at the foot of a small cove on approximately 9 oceanfront acres with large lawns which gradually slope down to the shore. The property has roughly 1000 feet of shore frontage with shore access so guests can easily explore a part of the Maine coast.
