“The View Was Spectacular!”
I just want to say that with that balcony view off your rooms, the two days I stayed at The Ledges By The Bay over Memorial Day weekend were the best value hotel room I have ever had....

Words just can't express our delight in spending time at your lovely Motel. In light of preparing to have knee surgery within the next week or two, we decided to get away for a few days and rest up before winter sets in... as we traveled North on Route 1, my husband remembered I had wished to stay with you the last vacation we took, but you were full.... so he & I were thrilled to find we were able to spend three glorious days with you...
 I must tell you that your accommodations and linens & towels were a delight and made me feel like I had popped in for a visit with family! Attached is a picture I took from the balcony in room 14... Thanks again so very much, and your staff is just EXCELLENT!!!

I am Extremely picky about cleanliness in motels. On a scale of 1-10 you get a 10 - Great Job! Plus, best of all, your motel is the best value in the area for oceanfront accommodations... Thanks so much!

We spent a night at your establishment this weekend. We have stayed in various places that I have sometimes found on line. It has been our experience that sometimes places are not truly represented in photos and descriptions on line. This was not the case at The Ledges. Our room looked just as it was shown in the photos on line. We had a great stay there and were very comfortable. It was obvious that you have done recent rennovations as our room seemed fresh and new. We will indeed make reservations with you again.......a beautiful spot....next time.

 My husband and I stayed at your property on December 31st and had a lovely visit. We thought we'd pass along this photo that we took from our balcony off Room 11 on the morning of New Year's Day, 2004, as it is too beautiful to keep to ourselves. We can't think of a better view to start off a brand new year! Thank you for such a delightful stay... we look forward to returning soon!
